Description
Early mid-century modern dining chairs, solid oak & plywood, Italy 1940s Unknown and unusual dining chairs from the 1940s. Like an early 'Medea' chair by Vincenzo Nobilis for Fratelli Tagliabue. The legs and seats are solid oak, which has gained an unmatched gorgeous patina through the years. Plywood veneered oak back, two slats support the arched back to the seat. The chairs are sturdy and sit quite good. Priced per piece.
