Description

Stool by Pierre Jeanneret designed for the Panjab University science department, Chandigarh, India, circa 1965-1966. This piece is a prototype, used as a study model that never went into production. Pierre Jeanneret (22 March 1896 – 4 December 1967) was a Swiss architect and furniture designer, most famous for his role in the design of Chandigarh's large civic architecture project. A lot of his work was alongside his cousin, Le Corbusier.
