Post-modern,Cassina 'Soriana' Cognac Leather Sofa by Afra and Tobia Scarpa, 1970
'Soriana' Cognac Leather Sofa by Afra and Tobia Scarpa - 1970
Description
Manufactured by Cassina in the 1970s, the Soriana collection was meant to express beauty and comfort by using a whole bundle of fabric held by a chrome-plated steel clamp. The "Soriana Chair" was the first piece designed in the collection and won the Compasso D'oro in 1969 for its design. Would fit well in a more eclectic Hollywood Regency-inspired interior as in a more monochromatic Minimalist Maria Pergay style decor. This Soriana is in its original cognac leather upholstery, but we offer in-house reupholstery services.
More Soriana couches can be found under different listings.
