Pierre Jeanneret, Solid Teak Bedside Table, Chandigarh, Le Corbusier, 1955
Bedside Tables by Pierre Jeanneret - 1955
Description
These bedside tables, designed by Pierre Jeanneret, are made of solid teak. The quadrangular body consists of an open compartment at the top, and a single drawer at the bottom with an opening grip in the shape of a hollowed-out circle on an aluminium background, typical of the work of Pierre Jeanneret in Chandigarh. Pair of flat profiled "compass"-type legs affixed to the sides of the body. This item is ideal as a bedside table, but can also be used as a side table. The Pierre Jeanerette lounge chair model PJ-SI-48-A is available in another listing.
We have two side tables available, priced per piece. Both items are in excellent condition.
