Afra & Tobia Scarpa, Soriana sofa, Cassina 1970s, new design Classic. Cassina 1970s, the Soriana collection was meant to express beauty and comfort by using a whole bundle of fabric held by a chrome-plated steel clamp. Reupholstered in chenille jade fabric with a velours feel. The "Soriana Chair" was the first piece designed in the collection and won the Compasso D'oro in 1969 for it's design. Would fit well in a more eclectic Hollywood Regency inspired interior as in a more monochromatic Minimalist Maria Pergay style decor.
